B: coffee w/ 1T HWC, 3 yolks cooked in butter, 3 slices bacon L: 4 jalapeno poppers, 3.5 oz smoked pork S: 10 jalapeno poppers, LOL! D: 4 oz pork + 6 oz wine

Good morning everyone! Well no losses today....which I expected, because I ate more carbs than usual ........usually have under 15, but yesterday had approx. 40 gr. (wanted to see what would happen).....well now I know...I need to keep those carbs nice and low!!!! At least I didn't gain !! Watching the news this morning , nothing good , but if you are from Arizona my thoughts and prayers are with you!

Weigh in this morning 149.4 So happy bout that! Chrispy, you may be able to raise your carbs along. I used to keep mine at 20 but now seems to be fine for me as long as they are under 50. Have a great day!

Bounce to 156.4 this morning, but after a 7 mile run and starting half marathon training and weights in full force again, I'm OK with it for now.
I am planning to do a meat and egg fast for a couple of days, though, just for fun...

Bounce to 156.4 this morning, but after a 7 mile run and starting half marathon training and weights in full force again, I'm OK with it for now. I am planning to do a meat and egg fast for a couple of days, though, just for fun... As far as I'm concerned you're Superwoman!!!! The fact that you've recently been operated on ........and now you're doing seven mile runs WOW!!!!!!
