136 again today. Another day with no bounce is good. Walked/ran 7 miles this morning. Knee is slightly swollen but otherwise feels pretty good 7 miles is awesome, ESPECIALLY for just coming back from knee surgery! Did you do set intervals or just what felt good?

Hi guys!! Finally done this week and finding serious issues with eating enough/packing lunches. I'm exhausted every day too.. my stomach was messed up ALL week and couldn't really stick to NK, haven't been tracking.. I weighed 135 tonight, I bet a solid amount of that is water weight and being messed up from constipation since Monday. That finally cleared up this evening. Gonna finish my coke and get back into NK in the morning. Gah, school is so exhausting! Brett leaves for Hawaii for work for 6 weeks on Wednesday-- tough job, right?! LOL, I'll have no problem sticking to NK while I'm gone, I think. It is funny how fatty foods get the blame for obesity in America but it can be a challenge to find fatty non-carby convenience foods. Is he sailing there or is it a shore assignment Casey? Hang in there!

Hey everybody! I DIDN'T BOUNCE!!!!! and I dropped one more pound!! . I had to check a few times to make sure that I hadn't made a mistake..... but no....... no mistake..... OK have calmed down a bit now...... I know this can't last, but it does make up for all the uncertainty....( Am I doing something wrong??? eating too little/too much .) I need to just trust this WOE and keep on....... Have a good week end everyone and keep smiling! x Awesome!! Hooray chrispy!!!

Weigh-in this morning ... 187.2 for a one pound drop, which is good but I did sleep in this morning and weighed in a little later than usual. I'll tell ya what is shocking though, yesterday I only ate about 1800 calories and I got up at 7 to go to the bathroom and weighed myself and I was 192.x lol. I about fell over.

Went for dinner last night, had an omelette, all meat/veggies/cheese only. Had to stay up to 3a studying and up at 6a to go take my mid term at 8a. WI this morning was awesome...ha, 184 even. Didn't eat over night...just a red bull for like 25 cals. Did 30 min workout yesterday before going to eat...idk, feeling highly annoyed. prob due to lack of rest/sleep. My son has bday party today and busy getting stuff done for that...feeling somewhat frazzled and frustrated. Did awesome on my test so that is my silver lining for today and no studying tonight woo hope everyone has a great weekend!

I did the first half walking 2/10ths of a mile, running (short strides!) the next 1/10th of a mile. By the halfway point, I was feeling pretty good so I started alternating between running and walking every 1/10th of a mile. So I ran 1/3-1/2 the distance I'm pretty happy with how good the knee feels 6 weeks out of surgery Also, I was thinking how awesome it felt to be fat-adapted and only need water for the run. No loss in energy--I think I could have gone another 7 if my knee could take it...

I see the PT twice a week, usually Mondays and Wednesdays. He might frown about the distance I did, but as long as the knee is good, I don't think he'll freak out too much

I half expected you to gain. Seems like anytime you have a lower calorie day the scale goes up.

Breakfast: bacon, egg Lunch: LC pizza, Dinner: chicken, smoked sausage and stir fried vegetables Snack; 85% cocoa
I made my pizza crust by mixing flax meal, parmesan cheese, egg and baking powder. I also added some Italian seasoning and garlic powder. I mixed it up and added a tiny bit of water to thin it. I sprayed cooking spray on a regular dinner late and popped it in the microwave for 2 minutes. When it was done I topped it with pizza toppings and put it in the oven about 5 minutes. Man it was easy.

Good morning everyone. I seem to have hit the "sweet spot" (I've read about it somewhere )....down another pound this morning ....4 pounds in 3 days .. I feel great.... not hungry at all...so hope it continues... cg037 - take care and try to get some rest cpresson- congratulations on your seven mile run/walk Robin - Hope the birthday party went well ..and it wasn't too exhausting!!!!! hey thanks everyone! the party ended up being super fun - we went to this big gymnastics place so it's all padded and they have multiple trampolines and a big foam cube pit you can jump in, a rock climbing wall that you can jump/fall off into the foam cubes. i ran and played kick ball with my son and it was nice being able to be so active! i got really sweaty so know i had a good 30 minute cardio with his party lol...took my son to see Monster University and it was cute. felt like a zombie afterwards since only 3 hours sleep Fri night so was very happy to get home last night and went straight to sleep about 915 and woke up about 645 - best i've slept in a LONG time. got up and WI was MUCH better - 179! yesterday didn't have a lot of time to really eat so kept my food choices good and calories prob a bit low - had 3 eggs in bacon fat with some butter for lunch. had a gas station coffee with HH before my test and with test nerves wasn't very hungry. for dinner had ground hamburger with salt. i almost got a prot bar with tons of sug alch at the gas stn for the movie but put it back, victory!
it's now 7a - about to fix me something to eat the get ready to head into Jazz class, Sun is my fave class of the week! Woo hoo! Have a great Sun everyone! this afternoon i'm going to have to catch up on the board - and it's almost a new month! Woo hoo, July is a good month to stay focused and lose this weight!!

Good morning everyone! I'm feeling better today, which is good, because yesterday my intake was pathetic due to no appetite all day.
864 calories 63g fat/66% 68g protein/34% 2g carbs/<1%
B: none L: coffee w/ 1T HWC, 4 oz smoked boston butt D: 4 oz smoked boston butt Late snack: 1 egg yolk
I woke up late for me, 8:30. Guess I needed the sleep. Then I went out and ran for about an hour and then went to the grocery store.. the local privately owned grocery store is also a BBQ joint, so I picked up half a smoked Boston butt for $11.. didn't feel like cooking, so it was perfect. SO GOOD. No appetite yesterday, so I didn't push it. Woke up crazy hungry today though, which is a good sign. Weight this morning was 133.6, down from 135. Water retention and all that stuff, I think.

Went back to bed and got up at 8:30 I was 151. So I guess I need to quit my job so I can sleep later. Can't wait to tell DH about my decision.
