hi all! hope everyone having a great week so far! can tell my TOM must be coming soon, soreness in some areas that always happens like a full week ahead of TOM, grrr, started this morning...last night I got REALLY bingey and stuffed my face with some LC bars...made not so great choices then didn't finish half of my 3rd bar and woke up this morning and scarfed it down...but it didn't really wreck my day, half a LC prot bar, lol so didn't sweat it...did work out a few small, not very stressful, workouts the last 2 days...and this morning didn't feel super fat/gross so don't think I did much "damage" but still didn't WI this morning...I ended up having 4 pc of bacon and a coffee with 2 splenda and HWC so my stats so far today: 72g fat, 38g prot, 27 carb: 71.36563877 % 16.74008811 % 11.89427313 % For lunch I have 2 cans of tuna with mustard and will probably have another coffee with HWC to get my fat % up to 80 on top of the tuna protein...then MAYBE I can skip dinner and fast until tomorrow...with such high calories after lunch that would really be my best plan but also think if I get hungry, might as well eat some eggs/butter...better than binge eating on junk. Have drank .5 L of water so far today, which is big for me! About to finish off this first L with lunch and hopefully finish off one more L before I leave work today. Hope everyone has a GREAT day!

So ended up having 1 can tuna with 20g yellow mustard, coffee/hwc/splenda for lunch; here are my stats so far today: about 1500 calories: fat 126 protein 60 carbs 34 75.09933775 % 15.89403974 % 9.006622517 % Not too bad...but now we may go out for dinner; will probably just do eggs/bacon...but will clearly hit high calories today...may also try to fit in a workout; a simple one to at least get some movement in today...idk, not going to stress about it; at least my carbs are under 50 so that's something, right

Today's log: 1485 calories, 84 g protein, 116 g fat, 33 g carbs. This worked out to 65% fat, 26% protein, 9% carbs.
Breakfast - ground beef, cabbage, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and salsa. Coffee with half & half.
Snack - almonds
Dinner - flax wrap with peanut butter & bacon. Coffee with half & half and 1/2 scoop of protein powder.
I had no trouble skipping lunch today. Eating a filling, protein rich breakfast seems to be the key.

Good morning! Last night was the first of the holiday parties. I ate really well and surprised myself by skipping the dessert table all together. The only bad was the red wine (which adds up). Fun night and I didn't feel deprived. Made the numbers hard to crunch. Forgot to weigh in this morning.
Mom's cookie exchange party is Saturday. I'm going to be sure to bring an hors d'oeuvre to share that I can eat. Luckily we only judge on looks not taste.

Just a brick of cream cheese, 1 can of chicken drained, 2 tsp ranch dips mix. Mix it all up and roll in chopped nuts. It's delicious and easy. My family loves it, DH will eat that for Dinner sometimes. I eat mine with pork rind or veggies but non LCers can eat it with crackers.

Hi there soon-to-be fellow Texan It just got posted to youtube on the 3rd so I had no idea it was there. Thanks for the vid!! How's the moving here coming along? It looks like we are going to have an icy winter this year. Lots of ice in the forecast for the next several days.

Weigh-in this morning... 170.3 for a very unusual second consecutive day with a new low. The special thing about 170.x is that it marks 95 pounds lost with LC. Also, I checked my waist this morning and, if I am reading the tape correctly, I am now at about 14.6% BF.

Eating a filling, protein rich breakfast seems to be the key. Updated log: I ate a serving of cream cheese mousse last night, which added 275 calories, 30 g fat, and 3 g protein. A high calorie day but still low carb.
