Tuesday log: 1600 calories, 83 g protein, 132 g fat, 25 g carbs. Today was kind of frustrating, food-wise. I was still hungry after breakfast and fixed a lunch of buffalo chicken salad to take to work. Well I forgot to bring the lunch and ended up grabbing a burger for lunch. Not a bad day in terms of carbs or protein, just unsatisfying and more calories than I intended to eat. Breakfast - coffee with hwc & coconut oil, Greek yogurt Lunch - double bunless cheeseburger with lettuce & pickles, diet coke Snack - cheddar and almonds Dinner - none

heh, the burger was more like $5 but worth it. I work close to the last remaining Fran's Hamburgers in Austin. One of these days I need to go there for breakfast.

chrispy that sounds awful, I hope you get over the infection soon. I wouldn't worry about not feeling hungry, your body probably needs the rest more right now.

good morning everyone! yesterday i cried and whined and felt sorry for myself...today i'm like - get over yourself. stopped at the grocery store and picked up a "small" thing of HWC - it has 32 serv in it so that rocks and on sale at gerbes 2/$4 so i got one for 2 bucks then the way expensive pre-cooked microwave bacon was 2/$6 so grabbed one and spent $5 and that's all i really need for today plus i have HWC left for tomorrow, yay. stopped and got a large black coffee then added 3 oz HWC at my desk and some SF Vanilla coffee syrup. I have liquid CO at my desk so if I think I'm hungry later will add that to 2nd cup of coffee. i also have 2 cans of tuna mmm - goal is to try eating it with mustard...i would think good cuz i like mustard now - never did before, HUGE ketchup eater - cried myself to sleep for weeks when I started Jorge Cruise's plan and limited sugar to no more than 15g/day...ketchup was crazy high in sugar when you only get 15g a day! I also never really liked onions...now I can eat them in plain slices - my boyfriend was like dare you to take a bite out of it like an apple - easy, delicious lol...he was like eww gross LOL...so anyway, rambling - guess I better get some work done. Plan for today: I'm staying off the scale, drinking 3 L of water, acceptable foods were rattled off above so shouldn't be a problem! I'm ready for the new month!

Weigh-in this morning... 175.9 for a point seven bounce. The good news is I have cooked up all of the pork sirloin chops that were on sale for .95 a pound heh so maybe I can keep calories and protein more reasonable today. On the other hand, I need to cook the package of bacon ends and pieces today. Hrmmm. We'll see how that turns out log-wise. Man, some fried cabbage and bacon sounds really good and I haven't had that in a long time.

Forgot the dang chicken salad again, but I got free food at work. Beef and chicken fajita meat, lettuce, cheese, salsa, and a small scoop of beans.

Hey everybody, it's been a while. Glad to see you all doing so well. I would really like to jump back in here for support. I have been on and off again for several months and am just really ready to get the rest of my weight off. For a long time, I almost felt skinny because I had lost so much weight even though I still have a long way to go. Since I have been stalled out at around 210, I am starting to feel fat again(which of course, I am.) I am just in survival mode at the moment.
Currently, my eating plan is looking a lot like this:
1900-2000 calories 90 grams protein 15 net carbs 150-160 grams fat.
Today my menu is: B-eggs and beef bologna with butter L-turkey breast, homemade mayo, Paleo wrap and pickle D-Linda Sues Chicken Divan S-nuts and bone broth with cream and butter

I'm not going to bother with logging my food today, since I don't know exactly how much I ate for lunch. I finally ate the chicken salad for dinner, and breakfast was bulletproof coffee. I doubt I went over on carbs or protein, and that's all that matters. Not going to worry about it! Might have a snack of nuts and dark chocolate in a bit. I wish I could get in the habit of taking a lunch to work, but I'm not used to getting stuff out of the fridge before leaving. Maybe I could set it out when I'm fixing coffee, it probably would not hurt to leave a container out for 20-30 minutes.

Evening everyone. My BKs are still in the Phinney zone but I'm bettin come morning I'll be under .5. I've increased my fat by quite a bit, but my BKs aren't increasing as much as I hoped. I'm thinking that I'm not absorbing much fat without the gallbladder and maybe only really getting benefit from the coconut oils. Even at 132 g of fat I struggled with hunger today. I didn't want to go above 1500 calls a day as my caloric requirement was only like 1990 and I want to lose so I dropped down to 1500.
Log for 6 Nov Calories: 1,480
FAT: 132g PROTEIN: 65g CARBS: 12g
BREAKFAST: 3 egg omelet with mushrooms Lunch: chuck roast and BPC Dinner: Tilapia, green beans and BPC
Fasting BK - .5 2hrs after last meal – .6

I wish I could get in the habit of taking a lunch to work, but I'm not used to getting stuff out of the fridge before leaving. If I have something I don't want to forget to leave with, I put an empty walmart bag on the doorknob. If the thing is light weight but doesn't need to stay frozen or cold, then I will put it in the bag hanging on the knob but otherwise the empty bag is enough to remind me to grab whatever it is I need to take.

I didn't want to go above 1500 calls a day as my caloric requirement was only like 1990 and I want to lose so I dropped down to 1500. You might try eating closer to 1900 to see if that nudges your body into shedding weight. Too much of a relative calorie deficit can be stressful on the body which discourages weight loss. And the BMR calculators are always just rough guesses on expenditure.

Reusable bags only! I can just put the container on the table that is next to the door. That's what I do when I take a thermos of coffee to work.

Did great yesterday. I'm so happy to say that. I managed to hit about 2 L of water but also had 3 large coffees so probably more water than I drank in the month of Oct lol...had brisket that I'd stuck in the crock pot with eggs and butter and lots of salt, it was good! for a late snack (about 915p) i had a little bowl of organic PB that i made at HyVee fresh mixed with EVCO then stuck in freezer to get hard then ate it w/ spoon, so yummy. today started with coffee, 4 oz HWC, 2 tbsp liquid CO, and a Gnc Pro Performance Lean Muscle Meal Ready to Drink Shake - Chocolate Milkshake (Fys), 1 bottle (14 fl oz). I bought another box of bacon to eat about 11ish. I do think my appetite is under control; felt kinda hungry suddenly this morning so that's the high fat coffee...helped big time! Stayed off the scale, woot - have a great Thurs!
