Hi all, because I will be in pictures in April (daughter's wedding), I've decided I can do anything for 90 days which means I am starting this tone-it-up program today. I am not going to focus on what the scale says for now. I know that I can affect that with radical measures if needed in March. My goal is to do each day's no matter how poorly or with what attitude I do it. One must begin somewhere. I love bodyweight stuff. That looks like a neat program! I wonder if I could psyche myself up enough to start it tomorrow for the new year.

Hey Greta, how is your man doing? Feeling better yet? Thanks for asking! He said last week he felt exhausted by 3pm, and this week his energy is lasting longer. So we're making progress!

Greta, give it some thought about the 90 day thing. Glad to repeat day 1 with you and we can egg each other on.

I guestimate about four pounds of actual weight gain over the six days I ate off plan. They were all amazingly high calorie days.

That's nice, Cheryl. Hope you're having a grand holiday. I am heading over to friends for pizza and dominoes. Oh, I am taking things to make a pizza for folks and some cheese stuff to actually eat myself. I will let the others have that stuff. I am on day 2 of zero carb and that is a good thing. I was going to take a bottle of wine, too, to share but I already have a headache so I will leave that at home and drink water or tea or something. I will be home long before midnight. LATER: I didn't have alcohol (yea!) but did eat pizza a bit (not so yea!). Also didn't do day 1 of 90 day thing. Guess it is going to be begin with the new year.

Welcome to 2015 all. It's going to be a great year, yes? I've got a way put together to track doing the 90-day thing. Simple, on paper, not overly writing in intensive. A simple check mark of did I do the work? Blanks mean "no." I have a 14 full weeks. That's enough to do myself good and I have good motivation in that photos cause a high rise in motivation for me. My sister goes home tomorrow and, after two weeks of schedule madness, we go back to the rhythm I've had for a year regarding staying at Mom's. It will surely change some how in 2015 though there is no way to predict what that change will be nor when. Not tomorrow but the following Friday I will get on the scale. My clothes are a better gauge of what is happening and I am still at the point where an occasional knowing is good for me. I am not thinking it will not be a number I very much care for given the fit of clothes, or lack thereof. LATER: Oh my! How out of shape I am. I've done one set of day 1 (beginning level is three sets). It may stop there for the day but maybe not. I started! Yea me!

I imagine that the creator of that routine would say to keep repeating a day until mastered as described. Did you see the 100 squats day?? lol ugh.
