Made the cream cheese pancakes with sausage earlier... they were AWESOME! Didn't taste eggy at all like I'd feared Definitely worth 3 carbs to have something like pancakes again. I still want to try the almond flour variety at some point for sure for a thicker more fluffy/traditional pancake variety, but 3 carbs for 3-4 decent sized pancakes made me a happy camper! I just tried this using 2 oz CS, 1 egg, some cinnamon and sweetener and i definitely found them too eggy. It tasted like... eggs lol what recipe did you use?

I used 2oz cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4t cinnamon, and plenty of sweetener. To me they didn't taste like eggs at all, but they had an eggy consistency... if that makes sense? SO didn't think they tasted eggy at all either, so I wonder what happened. Maybe not enough sweetener or cinnamon? You might want to try this waffle recipe I used today to make pancakes... I bet they'd puff up really nice like my waffles did. I'm about to post a picture of them in the food porn section www.fatguyweightloss.com/low-carb-waffles-recipe/

I had chocolate mudslide oatmeal for breakfast, made with almond milk & sweetened with Davinci sugar free cookie dough syrup. Definitely not a low carb start to the day, but I'm going to try to keep my total carbs under 60 g today. If I have any test strips left, I might test my blood sugar in a few hours to see how it reacts to the oatmeal. This girl is the anorexia posterchild. There are several forums with long threads devoted to snarking on her, and she has been outed as being VERY active on pro-anorexia message boards as well. Also, take a look at the serving sizes in her pictures. She makes piles of brownies--but they're the size of your thumb. Sorry, but I hate Chocolate Covered Katie with the fire of a thousand suns. She very inspirational to anorectics though--thats how I know about her. This thread makes me happy: getoffmyinternets.net/forums/healthy-living-bloggers/chocolate-covered-katie/

I wasn't sure about what to do for the other forum. June is here. So I said How about some help because I'm not computer savvy enough to do it. (June thread). So they used Melanie's May 2 start up post with the info and picked up with my question. Funny. So I thanked "whoever" helped us out. My weight is trucking along. Down a little more today. Staying on plan.

Got up and DIDNT get on the scale! WOO HOO success this morning. Was actually able to go to the bathroom! First time in DAYS. My stomach was HUGE yesterday, bloated and full and gross so def see a difference already today. Stoked to make this spray!

Morning everyone Thanks for the support yesterday... I really appreciated it, and I'm sorry I wasn't around more again. More of the trying to keep busy for the most part, and also trying to get some things straightened out with my credit card company. Apparently they don't like it when you order things from overseas. Then again they also don't like it when you purchase plane tickets, or even shop on Amazon.com (if it's MY credit card company that is, useless jerks ) so I'm really not that surprised. But thank you for the support and comfort I agree, it really IS terrible when you think you can trust someone and they stab you in the back. I'm hoping when I go to my appointment on Thursday it'll all have been some sort of misunderstanding and his receptionist is the one who lied to me, but I'm having a feeling he's flaking out on me already and I'm not happy about it at all. Anyway, still at 145.5 this morning so I guess that's good No ill effects from the waffles yesterday (didn't think so at only less than 2 total carbs per waffle anyway, lol) and apparently no ill effects yet either from going to the deli to buy some Boar's Head lunch meats and cheeses and having to sample a bit here and there... seriously, everything I ordered the guy gave me a "sample" of. And in the case of the swiss cheese, a "sample" was two whole slices Needless to say I just nibbled on the end of a piece of each of the things I bought to test it out, and tucked the rest of it in my package to take home with me. I was quite proud because I freaking LOVE Boar's Head. I didn't even realize my local grocery store's deli stocked it. I've been missing it since I was in NYC No clue what I'm doing today yet, other than the fact that I have an almost 9 pound pork picnic roast going in my crockpot right now for later... that'll definitely feed me for a while Thinking I may do something with the lunch meat/cheese for lunch, but I don't know what yet. I have romaine hearts (they were on sale) so I could make a salad. I might make a sandwich on one of the leftover waffles instead though, because I bet that'd be really good. Or make the cream cheese pancakes again, let them cool, and use them as sandwich wraps instead because I bet they'd be good for that. I guess we'll see

Did you see the part about not being stinky when you sweat? That is very interesting right there. I wonder if the obverse is true? A person that is particularly stinky when they sweat is very magnesium deficient?
